The Chai of Castigno, a work of art in the middle of the vineyards
Built according to ancient methods then covered with cork this sumptuous bottle-shaped wine cellar is dazzling. Erected in the middle of the vineyards, it is a place dedicated to wine and oenology.
The tour begins with a jeep safari in the vineyards. Now that you have a good knowledge with the vineyards of the domain, let’s go on your initiation to the vinification “make your own wine” of the white, rosé and red wines of Castigno.
Then, enjoy the technical tasting 4 wines of Castigno, directly to the vat and the barrel. The cellar master will take this opportunity to teach you how to make a blend of wines.
Finally, you can taste two good wines from the domain: the Château Castigno white and red, which will be analyzed by a professional.
