Day 2 - From Marseille to Aix en Provence
|

Day 3 - From Marseille to Gordes

What would you say to discover today the secrets of the truffle and the gastronomy of the South of France?
Direction Gordes, perched village classified among the most beautiful villages of France.
Claire is waiting for you in the hotel Le Petit Palais d'Aglaé, to reveal her passion for truffles: hunting, explanations, cooking classes, tasting and lunch in a friendly atmosphere.
A day of gourmet discoveries through the gastronomy of the south of France.
At the end of this workshop, you will be a specialist of French Truffles: you can now buy, prepare and cook truffles.
You are no longer afraid of being deceived when buying, nor of being disappointed when cooking.

Day 4 - Gordes & the Provencal Villages
|
|
|
|
Provence... cicadas, lavender, olive oil, sunshine and just enjoy the present time.
Here is your program for the day!
The narrow streets lined with shops, with their vaulted passageways and stone staircases, the Renaissance castle, the cellars of an old oil mill and nearby, the village of the bories and the famous abbey of Sénanque, this is what Gordes is showing you this morning.
In the afternoon, take the direction of Roussillon and its famous Carrières d'Ocres.
Let yourself be seduced by the colour of the facades of a generous palette of apricot shades and by its flamboyant cliffs during the pretty walk you can make in the ochre quarries.
In the evening, it is the restaurant les Bories which will know how to awaken your taste buds and will unveil to you some of the riches of the gastronomy of the south of France.
A refined setting and a beautiful shaded terrace in the heart of the Luberon to savour the divine dishes of this Michelin-starred restaurant.

Day 5 - From Gordes to Avignon
|
|
|
|
The pope city in Avignon, one of the most starred cities in France but also a beautiful historical discovery.
Enjoy the Palace of the Popes, the pontifical residence of the XIVᵉ century as well as the Pont st bénezet and to finish, a lunch at the Michelin-starred Christian Etienne restaurant. Provençal haute cuisine in a 12th century building.
On the way to the Pont du Gard, a UNESCO World Heritage site, stop at the Maison Bronzini to taste their incomparable olive oil. Visit the mill of the Chartreuse and taste the different oils.
It's time to discover the famous Pont du Gard, a Roman aqueduct with three levels, that carried water from Uzès to Nîmes.

Day 6 - From Castillon du Gard to Uzès
|

It is Wednesday or Saturday, a typical Provencal market full of colours and flavours is unveiled on the Place aux Herbes.
Continue to discover the flavours and gastronomy of the south of France at the Michelin-starred restaurant La Table d'Uzès. The chef Christophe Ducros will concoct for you one of the most surprising menus.
This afternoon, don't forget to say hello to the goats from the Couderc farm.
It is thanks to them that you will enjoy a refined and subtle cheese.
Dinner and 6th night at the hotel Le Vieux Castillon**** in Castillon du Gard.

Day 7 - From Castillon du Gard to Montpellier
|
|
|
|
Let's leave the Gard in the direction of the Hérault, still in the Occitanie region.
Come and visit the Château de Flaugergues, taste its wines, have lunch in its restaurant, Le Folia, and enjoy the elegant atmosphere of this place steeped in history.

Day 8 - From Montpellier to Carcassonne

Passionate about their profession as oyster farmers, the Tarbouriech family wishes to share their enthusiasm and the gastronomy of the South of France. Come and taste not only the famous Pink Tarbouriech special oysters, but also a beautiful family secret "mussel brasucade", sublimated by local wines.
Let yourself be carried away on an oyster farm barge to discover the pond and the oyster parks. A unique place, for a moment suspended in time.
